Letter from Christa

The Universal One Healing has evolved into what it is today after many years of heart-felt soul-searching. The idea came to me about five years ago after embarking on the journey of writing my first book. The name Universal One was formed out of the belief that we are all meant to evolve spiritually with awareness and understanding that we are truly one. From the basic aspects of ‘a whole within a whole’ to the more technical understanding that all life is essentially created from the same building blocks, all life is truly one. We have countless ideas about and endless perceptions of the world around us, but the truth of who we are still prevails. As human beings, we are one species. We live and pass on the same as our ancestors. Modern day humans share a genome with the other extinct humanoid species. We also share our DNA with modern day species such as apes and chimpanzees. Whether we go back into history or forward into the future, the result is the same, we are one. Some say the diversity on this planet started as amino acids in the cesspool of life; others say God willed it into existence. No matter the view point, the truth is that once we are born into this world, every one of us will participate in forming it. Whether it’s through procreation, the planting of trees or ideas, we affect the whole of life. And every one of us will evolve from our creation.

How we view the afterlife may vary, but the truth of an afterlife is apparent. Whether you believe we meet the same fate as a leaf slowly falling to earth, or you believe in heaven and hell, we all believe in something. Maybe you believe science holds all the answers, or faith is all you need; whatever the belief, the end result is simple, in some regard, life continues on. Most people believe some where in the middle, taking science and faith and merging them together with an open mind big enough for both. I guess you could say, this is close to where I stand and it’s this belief that has given birth to Universal One Healing.

I have my faith, but I enjoy learning from science. I hold knowledge, acknowledging its power as wisdom frozen for a moment of understanding. I love to learn not only from science, but from all different faiths, beliefs, and non beliefs.

As I learn, I find I evolve. I understand that we are the Universal One. We are a universe within ourselves, filled with infinite discoveries waiting to be revealed. It’s always our choice to go within and search out the truth. Whether that truth is seen by the entire world, or just by you, it’s wondrous what we find! And the value of what is discovered is eternal. It can’t be taken away!

Look out into the universe. All is one. It’s only our perception that divides it into quadrants, galaxies, solar systems. Same as with our planet, we create boundaries. Boundaries don’t occur naturally. Without human awareness, all is of one. There is nothing that doesn’t continue on. There may be changes in color, size, mass, or chemical make up, but collectively the physical world continues on as far as science allows us to see. This is life. All is as it should be. The sooner we embrace this truth, the sooner we can evolve into the Universal One, and become a whole part of a whole life. We can become a harmonious whole part of what is already and what will be created if we choose to live for life, not just on a planet. We can relinquish old ways for evolved ways. Instead of dividing our understanding into this view and that view, we can begin to heal our views with the greater view of all being one. We don’t need to stop learning. We just need to learn how to stop judging the world around us as separate from us.

The goal of this site is for all people to embrace the spirit of all being one! I hope every one of you will get excited about learning together. Live in the spirit of exploration and embrace the truth of who we are as individuals and collectively discover ourselves as a species. To grow in spirituality, but to also see the world with wisdom is the heart of our spiritual evolution! We are here to learn. We are here to grow.

While visiting the Universal One Healing, don’t be afraid to explore all views and ideas that make us a living part of this living universe! We are alive and it is the spirit of life that makes us spiritual beings.

As we grow and as the Universal One Healing grows, I welcome all of you to share your thoughts and ideas on how we can make this site something special! The truth of who we are is meant for everyone and I believe together we can provide a wonderful resource for all people to discover the truth we share!
