From my head to my toes,
From my fingers to my nose,
From my mind to my heart,
May God’s light and love
touch each and every part.
Bedtime Prayer
Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Lord my soul to keep.
May angels watch me through the night
and keep me in their blessed sight.
